PatinaCare: A More Holistic Model

        Patina Consultants can bridge the gap between patient and resident-centered care, and more integrated elder housing and care within existing communities.  We can help develop a complete plan for a model of elder care and housing that will conclude with two important results, together known as PatinaCare. 

These results are:

 

1) to implement a community-centered health care philosophy by utilizing successful features of existing patient and resident-centered philosophies of care, innovative approaches to housing and care, and the capitalization of government programs that are promoting a home-based model of care. 

 

2) to realize community revitalization by implementing the new philosophy and structuring redevelopment around the components of health care facilities.
